Tibetan Sound Healing

Energy healing will always be something that is near and dear to both of our hearts. We are both certified in the modality and have to say… it’s a feeling that is difficult to put into words.
Human bodies are 75% water, which is a great conductor for vibrations. Sound healers use instruments, such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, glasses, gongs and even tuning forks, that vibrate at specific frequencies when struck. These vibrations correspond to specific emotions. Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki

The first energy healing modality we were exposed to was Reiki. Jessi is a Reiki II certified practitioner and has been in tune with the body’s energy ebbs & flows for almost 10 years now.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Group session $25/pp w 8 person minimum
