Day 1

  • Meet & Greet
    As everyone will be arriving at different times, we’ll take the day to settle in and gather before dinner for a meet & greet where we’ll discuss what we can expect over the nest few days, and introduce ourselves
  • Dinner
    All meals are included with your reservation. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact us upon purchasing your reservation and we will gladly accommodate.
  • Evening guided meditation
    We will end our first day with a guided meditation focusing on being a healthy person. You want wake up early for a morning run, so that means going to bed early. You want to be able to make decisions for yourself, and not worry about inconveniencing anyone. You want to be consistent and professional, so always changing your plans just to appease others actually works against you. You want to breakdown any barriers causing you disconnect from others regarding your business. In order to achieve these desires, you must become relaxed and then focus on what it is that you really want and need in your life.

    All meditations will be accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, ocean drum and array of other instruments used for sound healing.

Day 2

  • Morning guided meditation
    We will start our second day with a guided meditation focusing on how to relax, accept, break habits, learn and be happy. In order to do these things you must become relaxed and then focus on what it is that you really want and need. It is up to you to dedicate the time and make the necessary efforts towards your goals.
  • Breakfast
  • Intro to chakras – workshop
    During this time we will learn what chakras are, how our 7 principle chakras affect our bodies and some tips on how keep your energy balanced
  • Lunch
  • Optional easy hike or individual time
  • Dinner
  • Evening share circle
    This will be an opportunity for us to open up to each other. It is up to you whether you want to share, or just listen. This is an opportunity for each of us to share anything. You can simply introduce yourself, share why you’ve decided you needed this retreat, or finally say out loud something you’ve been needing to release. It’s 100% up to you how much you share, if anything. This will be a space of nonjudgmental support for anyone who needs it.

Day 3

  • Morning guided meditation
    We will start our third day with a guided meditation focusing on building abilities to communicate, have patience and manage time. You want to improve your communication with others, manage your time wisely and easily, and increase your patience. In order to do these you must become very relaxed and then focus on what it is that you desire to achieve. It is up to you to dedicate the time and make the necessary efforts towards your goals.
  • Breakfast
  • Herbs for health – workshop
    Herbs have been used for thousands of years to heal ailments and to manage and maintain health. In this workshop we’ll review 10 herb mixes, what they’re good for and how to use them. You’ll also be received jars filled with 45 servings of each herb blend.
  • Lunch
  • Optional afternoon activity or individual time
  • Dinner
  • Letting go fire ritual
    This ritual is probably what we’re most looking forward to! We’ll end our evening with a bonfire, where we’ll partake in a ritual of burning what has been weighing us down so that we can reemerge untethered. During this ritual you will also learn how to smudge and will be given white sage sticks to take home with you.

Day 4

  • Morning guided meditation
    We will start our fourth day with a guided meditation focusing on forgiveness.
    It would be delightful to allow yourself the relaxation that’s needed in order for you to change things in your life that you desire…. And complete relaxation is impossible when you hold grudges. Sometimes it’s hard to even imagine forgiving those who have wronged you. But this is a necessary step in the progression of personal achievement. It may seem daunting to forgive people, and instances of your past that hurt you. But its actually very easy, and we’ll show you how
  • Breakfast
  • Mala Necklace Making- workshop
    Malas are used as a tool to help the mind focus on meditation, or count mantras in sets of 108 repetitions. The mala’s beads that can be made of seeds, sandalwood or rosewood, or gemstones. You’ll make a custom necklace made of wooden beads and gemstone, which you’ll be able to choose.

Day 5

  • Morning guided meditation
    We will start our fifth day with a guided meditation focusing on filling your own cup. This will be our longest meditation where we we will practice a visualization that will help you find peace and gratitude. Once you learn this, you can continue to do it on your own once you return home, and continue practicing peace & gratitude in your daily life.
  • Breakfast
  • Seamoss workshop
    During this time, you will learn about all of the benefits of seamoss and how to incorporate it into your meals, get to sample a few different flavors as well as a jar of your own to take home with you.
  • Self commitment discussion
    We will have a short open forum where we will discuss changes we are committing to make in our lives going forward and what we have learned during the retreat that we will continue to implement in our daily lives.

  • Gratitude Ritual
    On our last evening together we will partake in a group gratitude ritual with candles that you will also be able to take home with you.

    We will send our retreat with a guided meditation focusing on your highest self.
