Spritzer

In a glass add
-Juice of 1 lemon
-Juice of 1 lime (we prefer key limes)
-about an inch of your favorite flavored sparking water
-1 sleeve of Monat Energy
Blend well with milk frother and add
-a few ice cubes
-fill glass with flavored sparkling water
